DIRECTIONS: Use as is for an unscented massage oil. Add your favourite essential oils to create a scented massage oil. Add a specific essential oil recipe blend to create a therapeutic massage oil. To use as a hand scrub, put 1 tbs of Luxury Massage Blend, 1 tsp of brown sugar and 2 drops of your favourite essential oil. Rub all over both hands for 3 minutes and then rinse. Use in the place of a carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil) when following an EO recipe to make a chest rub, insect repellent, EO perfume or any other blend with essential oils.
