Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and are dispatched within 5 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) and you will be provided with your tracking details via email or SMS.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information.
Eco Living and Gifts cannot take responsibility for any lost or return to sender packages due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect from your local post office.
If a customer would like their package re-sent we will require a postage payment to be made so this can be re-sent. If not, store credit for the purchased item(s) will be issued.
