Aroma Profile:

The essential oil is extracted from the dried and lightly fermented leaves of the plant using steam distillation. With its distinctive musky sweet, strong spicy and herbaceous aroma, the essential oil is grounding and is also purported to be beneficial for ageing skin.

How to Use:

• Diffuser / Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to create a [desired effect – e.g. calming, energising] atmosphere.
• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml). For sensitive skin, children or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or mix with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
