How to Use:

• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml of carrier oil). For sensitive skin, children, or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or blend with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
• Diffuser/Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to your diffuser or vaporiser to create a clean, uplifting atmosphere.
