Aroma Profile:

The essential oil is extracted from the outer peel layer of the fruit by cold pressing. With its uplifting and reviving aroma the essential oil energises and promotes feelings of wellbeing and is ideal for diffusing into the air.

Blends beautifully with: Citrus oils, Geranium, Lavender, Neroli, Nutmeg, Rose, Rosemary, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang.

How to Use:

• Diffuser / Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to create a [desired effect – e.g. calming, energising] atmosphere.
• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml). For sensitive skin, children or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or mix with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
