Aroma Profile:

The essential oil is extracted from the fresh peel of the fruit by cold pressing. With its uplifting citrus aroma, grapefruit essential oil increases vitality and is purported to be beneficial for oily skin.

Blends beautifully with: Citrus Oils, Neroli, Lavender, Palmarosa, Geranium, Cypress, Cinnamon, Spice Oils.

How to Use:

• Diffuser / Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to create a [desired effect – e.g. calming, energising] atmosphere.
• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml). For sensitive skin, children or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or mix with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
