The essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the dry tree resin. With its woody and spicy aroma Frankincense Essential Oil promotes relaxation and helps to rejuvenate ageing skin.

How to Use:

• Diffuser / Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to create a [desired effect – e.g. calming, energising] atmosphere.
• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml). For sensitive skin, children or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or mix with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
