Aroma Profile:

The essential oil is extracted from the wood and sawdust of the tree using steam distillation. With its warm and woody aroma, Cedarwood Essential Oil is calming, comforting and grounding and is known to promote skin vitality and clear breathing.

Blends beautifully with: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Cypress, Jasmine, Juniper, Neroli, Vetiver, Rosemary, and Ylang Ylang.

How to Use:

• Diffuser / Vaporiser: Add 8–10 drops to create a [desired effect – e.g. calming, energising] atmosphere.
• Massage: Blend with a carrier oil at a maximum of 2.5% dilution (approx. 1 drop per 2ml). For sensitive skin, children or during pregnancy, reduce to 0.5–1%.
• Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a full bath, or mix with a carrier oil or dispersant before adding to water.
