How to Use:

• Vaporiser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your vaporiser. For further information and warnings refer to the instruction manual of your electric vaporiser.
• Bath: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to a Dispersant and add to a running bath.
• Massage: Add your essential oil to a carrier such as Luxury Massage Blend or Sweet Almond Oil.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of eyes, ears and nose. If you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, please consult your physcian before using any essential oils.
