When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through this site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Eco Living and Gifts uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the connection between you and our website is secure. Eco Living and Gifts uses Paypal, Afterpay and Square for secure credit card payment gateways. To view their privacy policies please see their websites (PayPal, AfterPay and Square). If you pay via credit card over the phone, we never keep your details – they are immediately destroyed once the transaction is approved. We process these payments using Square.
Damaged Items – If a package or product arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email us within 7 days at email@example.com and the item will be replaced.
Change of Mind – If you have decided you no longer want the item, we can accept returns, as long as the product has not been open or used the packaging is entire and there is no evidence of tampering.
Returning products are at the customers expense and responsibility until it is received by Eco Living and Gifts, please consider insurance or tracking on your return. Under consumer law you have 30 days from purchase to return an item. We can offer you a refund or an exchange – delivery fees will apply as if a new purchase.
Sale Items – Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.

Eco Living and Gifts ships Australia Wide using Australia Post Regular Parcel Post for shipping/delivery unless otherwise specified, or alternative options are selected by you at the checkout. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information from us, after your order is shipped. We recommend you use this tracking information to calculate when delivery is expected.
If you are NOT home, Australia Post will LEAVE your parcel in a safe location as deemed by the Australia Post contractor. If you DO NOT want your parcel to be left, you MUST select Registered Post at the checkout – an additional $2.95. These parcels will require a signature on delivery and if you are not home, a calling card with pick up locations will be left.
We will not re-ship parcels that have been deemed delivered by Australia Post, and HIGHLY recommend you choose the Registered Post option.
PLEASE NOTE Australia Post only keep parcels for a maximum of 14 days. If your parcel is not collected within this time frame it will be returned to us and you will be required to pay postage to have the items shipped again. We will NOT re-ship free shipping orders again for free.
Free Shipping Options – We offer Free Shipping for orders over $75 excluding bulk items that weigh more than 5kg. Orders under $75 will be a flat rate of $12.95 with the option of an additional $2.95 for Registered Parcel Post.
Drop Shipping – In some instances, Eco Living and Gifts may organise delivery to come direct from our supplier, this is called ‘drop shipping’ and may be used on bulk items such as cleaning, kitchen and laundry products. We will contact you via email to advise if we will be drop shipping products to you. You will also be provided tracking.
Local Delivery – When you are offered the ‘Local Delivery’ option at the checkout your address is in our personal delivery radius and we offer a discounted and capped delivery fee. Local Delivery is $5 flat rate or Free on orders over $75.
If you select this option at checkout, delivery will occur between 2-14 days and we will contact you via email or sms to notify of your delivery day.
